Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene reasons, returns or refunds are not accepted once the product has been opened or used.

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

• You receive a wrong product

• The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery

Reporting an Issue

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the issue.

Refund Process

If approved, we will offer:
